Gresham, Smith and Partners was hired for the feasibility study in 2008. The master plan competition was announced early 2010 with final first place selection announced at the end of July 2010. Program and master plan for three hospitals and specialty clinics surrounding a core support facility will include approximately 700,000 square meters of space, 2,000 beds and 3,000 car underground parking.
