- 3 Russet Potatoes, Quartered
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil.
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Pepper
- 1 TSP Garlic
- 1 TSP Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper

1. Bring A Large Pot Up To A Boil.
2. Cut Potatoes Into 1/4’s Or 1/6’s If They Are Large.
3. Par Boil Potatoes 8/10 Minutes. They Should Be More Than Half Way Cooked.
4. Drain And Allow Potatoes To Steam Off Before Moving Them Into A Bowl And Drizzling With Oil + Seasoning. Toss To Coat Each Potato.
1. Grill 4-5 Minutes Per Side Or Until Crispy And Slightly Charred.
5. Finish With Fresh Herbs And Enjoy!!
