The latest DLC Update for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has updated the Kaioken Awoken Skill via the new level 140 level increase, meaning we can now use the Kaioken Awoken Skill on our custom characters in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 at level 140 rather than level 99 or even level 120.

However, even though we can now use Kaioken at level 140, it's sttill the worst Awoken Skill in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, as of the latest Awoken Skill being added for custom characters which was Ultra Instinct. Hopefully in the future they make Kaioken useful outside of the Kaioken x20 gimmick.
