A man has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after authorities say his girlfriend was thrown from a moving car.

Police say 28-year-old Julian Paul Rollings threw Danielle Stockwell out of the vehicle in Hamilton County more than a year ago - on February 8th, 2013.

She was sent to the intensive care unit at Erlanger and doctors found bleeding in her brain.

Now Rollings is set to appear in court - May 23rd.
