[04 JANUARY 2017] Senator Chuck Schumer might have inadvertantly revealed too much when he appeared on the Rachel Maddow show seemingly for the purpose of attacking the incoming president while heaping praise on the intelligence community. In response to Maddow belittling Trump for (rightfully) criticizing the emerging false Russiagate narrative, the senator replied, "You take on the intelligence community they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you. So, even for a practical supposedly hard-nosed businessman he's being really dumb to do it."
After Rachel Maddow pressed him on what the IC might do, Chuck Schumer took a step back saying he was told "they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them." In this revealing exchange are a few early examples of false accusations that woould help fuel the massive propaganda campaign supporting a US/NATO proxy war with Russia. In a free and democratic society, the idea of an intelligence agency working behind the scenes to attack the elected president would be anathema. Meanwhile, in the United States, media celebrities and politicians openly supporting tyranny on prime time television has become normalized. From an honest assessment of the situation one can only conclude that we definitely do not live in a democracy and have propagandists writing our television shows.
