He has extensive experience in advising clients on issues affecting cross-border transactions, acquisitions and restructures and in all aspects of structuring the ownership and financing of corporations and their operations. He has significant expertise in advising on property transactions and advises some of Australia's largest private property owners. In addition to having experience across broad-ranging tax assignments, Tony has a high level of experience managing clients through taxation reviews and audits by the ATO. Tony is passionate about working closely with his clients and talking with them in a language they understand.
