Please watch, like, subscribe and share this video. These cajun grill oysters and a great appetizer for you seafood meal. They are also a great addition to a surf and turf dinner. They do have a little heat, but you can regulate that by how much cajun seasonings you add to them. Also by cooking them on the grill a sweet smoky flavor permiates them and raises the great flavor of these gulf oysters. So next time you are grilling season up a few cajun oysters and give them a try. You will not be dissapointed with these great grilled cajun oysters.
Recipe
12 Plump Gulf Oysters
1 stick Butter
3 Garlic Clovers minced
TT Tony Chachere's or your favorite cajun seasoning
TT Red Chili Flakes
TT Lousiana Hot Sauce

Saute' garlic in butter
Pour butter and garlic pixture into shells or pan
Add oysters to the dish
spinkle with sesonings
Add to hot grill and cook until cooked trough
About half way through cook time sprinkle on Lousiana Hot Sauce and remaining butter.
Serve on crackers or toast.
