To was Forbidden Planet Cardiff 30th Anniversary party
We arrived early at 9am to be first in line, we waited 2 hours in the fine Welsh weather that couldn't make its mind up if it was going to rain or not. Then finally the time came to be let in, jess one of our favourite members of staff opened the door and away we went. We where give are goodie bag the first to get them, the event was sponsored by Funko so our bag had a pop vinyl and a few other cool bits and Bob's. We got to meet some new people and see some old friends, there was facepainting for the kids and if you fancy bit of glitter in your beard there was someone there to ablige. Unfortunately Upstairs there was local comic artist, cake and the lucky dip/Tombola it wasn't idea but the building is very old and there not a lot of space down stairs.
But all in all what a fantastic day
The high light was the high five Little Vamp had of a little child dressed as Supergirl
