On this Hot & Fast cook, I put my old trusty homemade sauce/glaze up against the very popular Kosmos Q Pineapple Heat glaze. I really like my homemade glaze but to me on this cook, the Kosmos Q really tasted good! At first, I thought the Kosmos Q glaze was a bit hot/spicy but once it was on the ribs, it wasn't as hot/spicy as one would think after tasting it right out of the bottle.
