Russia said it will pull out of a UN-brokered grain export deal after an alleged attack by Ukrainian airborne and seaborne drones on its Black Sea naval base of Sevastopol in the early hours of Saturday. Ukraine has not admitted any involvement, as it rarely does with claims made by the Russian authorities.
