Dr Alireza Feizbakhsh is founder of the first entrepreneurship innovation center in Iran which is located in Sharif University of Technology. He has also earned recognition for his transformational leadership since1386. His talk focuses on the fact that any born child is gifted with different abilities and talents and these talents should be recognized and fostered in order to flourish.
