Federal prosecutors filed a request in a Manhattan court on Friday regarding SBF, former CEO of FTX. The request cites efforts by SBF that prosecutors believe may "constitute witness tampering." and that he sent a message to the current general counsel of FTX US who may be a witness at his trial, according to the request. SBF has also been in contact with "other current and former FTX employees," which prosecutors believe may indicate an attempt to influence witnesses.
