Plus 2,500 delegates took part in the second edition of the summit (19-21 Oct), including leaders of governments, heads of international corporations from the continent and beyond, students, and practitioners in information and communication technology sector. TransformAfrica 2015 in Kigali Rwanda was closed by H.E Paul Kagame on 21 October.
