Jaw Surgery in Los Angeles CA: Hannah | Los Angeles Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - [ Ссылка ]
Los Angeles Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is one of the top orthognathic surgery practices in the nation, treating patients from all over Los Angeles, Southern California, and beyond. Orthognathic surgery (also called corrective jaw surgery) is an umbrella term that refers to any procedure that corrects a bite problem or skeletal issue with the upper or lower jaw. We have performed thousands of orthognathic surgical procedures working as partners for almost 10 years. The goal is to improve the alignment of a person’s bite, facial balance, and increase the size of the airway. From the time of your initial consultation, we have designed a treatment model that tries to make the best possible patient experience. We have a staff of multiple orthognathic specialized assistants and skilled treatment coordinators to make your experience a good one.
Dr. Walline decided to pursue dentistry while he was in college. His father is a dentist and he had the opportunity to see him helping patients firsthand growing up. After finishing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Walline earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in Lincoln. He decided to continue his training by going to medical school at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine. Earning both a medical and a dental degree created a great foundation of skills to treat more advanced oral and facial surgery cases and provide his patients with the highest level of care. Following his educaiton and residency, Dr. Walline also earned his ABOMS board certification.
"I realized back in high school that my jaw just seemed different. Mostly, I noticed that my chin was different than other people. Dr. Walline said I would need a double jaw surgery to correct my issue. He's excellent. He's very nice, and he's just easy to talk to. I think the whole staff here – they're just really good people. I'm very happy with the results. I look a lot better. My favorite part is that I can now officially close my mouth, because I couldn't really rest my face, and it's helped with not grinding my teeth so much at night. I would highly recommend LA Oral Surgery."
