Within a few hours, it was reported that Ganesha idols not only up and down the country, but even in foreign countries like the US and UK had started drinking milk. What was causing this strange phenomenon? Experts tried to show that there was a simple scientific explanation behind the miracle, and yet people thronged to temples, skyrocketing the price of milk on that day. The crowds included educated people in urban areas, so how was it that these people believed in the miracle too? Was it orchestrated, or did people actually believe in the miracle of gods drinking milk? Our investigation has shown that it was both, as we'll tell you in this video.
