How do you fix muscle imbalances??
The best way to fix muscle imbalances is by throwing in MORE unilateral exercises.
Whether you do the exercise alternating or just one side at a time.
Start with the weaker side and then match that to the stronger side.
I try to do at least one unilateral movement in every workout.
If you are a beginner, don’t worry about this because over time as you build muscle, you muscles will become more symmetric.
