New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie spoke to storm-battered residents Tuesday in a comprehensive update of damage in the aftermath of Sandy. Christie said the storm caused immense damage on the Jersey shore and has washed away much of the coastline.He’s scheduled to take an aerial tour of the area later in the day, but added that there’s nowhere for his helicopter to land.
