I am offering a one hour full body yin yoga practice. I filmed this on a sunny, quiet Sunday morning in my backyard. (At least I think today is Sunday? Entering 6 weeks of self isolation....I'm not quite sure what day it is anymore...😉)
When I find the weight of the world is just too heavy to carry, I find refuge in the stillness and quietness of a yin yoga practice. I hope you can, too.💖
