This video shows the features of the Vision 230 PLC from the custom made Epak BV9000 rectifier wafer beveller.
The machine uses microblasting technology (like small scale shot blasting) to produce the pulley wheel bevel profile used in high voltage rectifiers. Comco Inc manufacture the microblasters used on the machine and the main beveller is built by Epak Electronics Ltd.
