Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
2 eggs
1 scoop / 1/4 cup / 60 ml (vegan) chocolate protein powder or flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder

Topping ideas:
homemade healthier ”nutella”, recipe below

1. Mix the mashed banana and the eggs together
2. Add the protein powder and cacao powder and stir until combined
3. Cook on a non-stick skillet for a few minutes on each side
4. Add your toppings and enjoy!

for the Healthier Vegan ”Nutella”:
1 cup roasted hazelnuts (240 ml / 130g)
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (60 ml)
1/4 cup coconut milk (the thick part) (60 ml)
3-4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
•
1. Put the hazelnuts into a food processor/blender. Mix until they become fine meal
2. Add the cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut milk and mix until smooth
