Meet Teresa - she moved to Wales from Weymouth to become... a farmer! Why? Because she's passionate about the impact food can have on the planet.
Troed y Rhiw farm in West Wales feeds hundreds in the local community, without transporting its fresh fruit and veg further than 30 miles.
