Rai Wali Mirchi
Ingredients:
Mirchi (Washed and Clean) - 500 gm
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1+1/2 tbsp
Rai Kuriya – 50 gm
Methi Kuriya -20 gm
Saunf – 1/8 Cup
Whole Coriander – 1/8 Cup
Salt – 1/1+1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper Coarse -1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Hing – 1 tsp
Peanut Oil – ½ Cup
Lemon Juice – 2 nos.
Lemon – 1 No (Cut into 4 )
Method:
Take Chilli Slit from Middle and Cut into Two Parts
Take a Chillies into Plate and Remove Extra Seeds from Chilli and Again Put into Bowl then add turmeric Powder, Salt Mix Properly and Keep for 2-3 Hours aside.
Take a Kadhai and add Rai Kuriya, Methi Kuriya, Saunf, Whole Coriander, Roast for 3-4 Min and Keep aside.
Take a Mixie Jar add above things and Grind Coarsely
Take a Kadhai add Salt Roast for 1-2 Min
Take a Bowl with Lid then add above Coarse Powder, Salt Roasted, Black Pepper Coarsely Grinded, Turmeric Powder, Hing. Mix Properly
Again, Take Kadhai take Oil, Heat till Hot and Cool Little.
Strain the Chillies Water then Keep into Tissue Paper. Let Dry for 1 Hour Completely then Mix everything Properly.
In the above Bowl Mixture add Oil and Close the Lid for 5 Min then mix With Spatula for 2-3 Min. then add Chillies.
and Add Lemon Juice and Lemon then Mix. And keep for 2 Days, Close the Lid and Serve, after that keep in Fridge.
