is a banana green or yellow? Yes you still call it a banana when it’s unripe and green but what we call a banana is yellow, so I am petitioning that we keep that same energy for serranos. More people should be able to enjoy the delicious flavors of a fully ripened serrano, but for now find a local pepper grower and snag one - it’s next level.
