Hey Foodies! Kare-Kare is a Filipino dish made of stewed meat (especially oxtail and tripe) and vegetables, cooked in a thick, peanut-based sauce and colored with annatto. Here's my vegan version using my homemade "Pork Belly" veggie meat.

300g Vegan "Pork Belly" Veggie Meat
8 pcs String Beans
2 pcs Eggplant
4 bunch Pechay
1 medium Banana Heart
100g Button Mushrooms
1 cup Peanut Butter (Plain)
1 tbsp Annatto Seeds
300ml Vegetable Stock
1 cup Coconut Cream
2 tbsp Ground Rice Powder
2 Red Onions
5 cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper
3 tsp Mushroom Powder
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vegan Fish Sauce
