By slowing down your movements, you can take the time to check and double check all the pertinent techniques and body positions to make your movements the best they can be. Slowing things down also ensures safety and efficiency in movement.
When shadowboxing or working the heavy bag, go slow and make sure all of your coach’s details are covered.
