This performance features Ire-Ish a band of young men of Irish heritage that perform Irish Folk songs, Dub, and other genres. The band selected and wrote a wide range of pieces to perform for the event-

“Jamacia Farewell” by Henry Belafonte mixed with “The Fields of Athenry” by The Dubliners
“Josephine’s Jig” by Ire-Ish
“The Kesh Jig” traditional Irish jig
The film concludes with a short interview between Joe and Joe, from Ire-Ish, and event host Garry Stewart, a community researcher and director of Recognize, a Birmingham based Black Heritage and Culture organisation
