Brnjal 1 cup(chopped)
Onion 1 Big
Tomato 2 Red Ripe
Oil 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1Tsp
Channa dal 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Tamarind extract 1/2 cup
