From the "Simpy's Fan Club" episode. This is quite possibly the most disturbing thing I have ever seen on a kids' show! I'm proud to say that at the age of eleven or so, I had this whole monologue committed to memory and I could recite it verbatim. Show me a kids' cartoon being made today that dares to explore such dark places in the soul! Yet that's where some of the best comedy comes from. I love the abstract backdrops. So much better than CGI!
