Rasam Recipe
Rasam a quintessential south Indian dish, is made many ways. There are many variations of rasam from Jeera rasam, lemon rasam, Mysore Rasam, tomato rasam, pepper rasam etc. But a simple rasam or unqualified rasam is a thin but flavourful broth of spices with a bit of dal. There is nothing like a good rasam with a dry fried root vegetable.
