Hello!
Today I make Chiffon Cake.
Ingredients:
- 5 Eggs
- 1tsp Emulsifier
- ½tsp Vanilla essence
- 190gr White sugar
- 200g All purpose flour
- 40g Cornstarch
- 200g Melted butter
- ½tbsp Chocolate paste
- ¾tbsp Pandan paste
Step:
1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl
2. Add emulsifier, vanilla essence and sugar
3. Whip at high speed until pale and fluffy
4. Add sifted dry ingredients, fold gently
5. Add in melted butter, fold gently
6. Move ¼ batter into another bowl, add chocolate paste. Mix evenly
7. Add pandan paste to the rest of the batter. Mix evenly
8. Pour the pandan batter into greased baking pan, then add the chocolate batter on the top, add pattern. Repeat
9. Bake at 180⁰C for about 30 minutes
