Durban, September 6 -- Authorities are still trying to identify some victims of a devastating crash in Pinetown outside Durban on Thursday night. ER24 initially reported that 27 people had died. But the transport department's official death toll stands at 22. They were killed after a truck struck five vehicles -- possibly due to brake failure -- at an intersection. Some viewers might find these visuals upsetting.
