Over 50s All Levels 31 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Light Weights Cardio Day 20 - Welcome to day 20 of this 31 day weight loss challenge. In todays over 50s workout we will be doing a light weights cardio. This workout will be 20 minutes long including a warm up with cool down stretches.
There will be 10 exercises for 2 rounds. We will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest. This workout is for all levels with low impact options given.
