On December 7, 2021, WWCDA held the annual WWCDA Awards Gala to recognize champions in the white collar defense field. Held virtually, it was an all-star, fun and entertaining event. The honorees included Sally Yates, Jamie Gorelick, and Merck, Inc. & Co. The inaugural WWCDA Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Award was presented. Guest speakers included Google's Chief Legal Officer, Merck's General Counsel, Goldman Sachs' Former General Counsel, Former U.S. Attorney General, Former U.S. Solicitor General, Former Chief of DOJ's Criminal Division, Former SEC Chair, and Former SEC Director of Enforcement.
