On Nov. 16, the Harvard Law School Library hosted a book talk and discussion in celebration of "Nudging Health: Health Law and Behavioral Economics," a multi-voiced assessment of behavioral economics and health law to span such a wide array of issues—from the Affordable Care Act to prescription drugs. Two of the book's editors, Harvard Law School Professor Glenn Cohen and Holly Fernandez Lynch, were joined by panelists Jerry Avorn, MD, Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital; Abigail R. Moncrieff, Boston University School of Law; and Harvard Law School Professor Cass R. Sunstein.
