Muscle Activation
Preparation:
The Marine will start in the push-up position.
Execution:
The Marine will reach the left arm out in front while bringing the right knee up to the right elbow. They will then reach forward with the right arm and bring the left knee up to the left elbow. The Marine will continue to alternate the movement until they have completed the designated distance.
Common Mistakes: - Reaching same side arm and leg at same time
