Just shot my first video using my brand new SONY NEX VG-20. I am not a videographer yet so please forgive my inexperience. All footage was shot on the stock lens with no video post color correction. Most were shot with about 3db of gain if I remember correctly.

Footage shot in 1080p at 60fps and down rendered to 24fps in editor at a CBR of 8Mbps (or 8,000,000bps). Sound has 5.1, but I don't think YouTube renders surround sound. So you should at least be getting 48kHz at 24bit.

Things I've noticed, my focusing could have been a little cleaner, and on some of the shots I had hot clipping.

Any comments of suggestions to help me improve as a growing videographer would be much appreciated!
