Crysis 2 is the sequel to Crysis, released on March 22, 2011. A remastered version, following in the steps of Crysis Remastered, was announced on May 21, 2021. Following the events of the groundbreaking original Crysis, the Ceph have returned. As the invaders lay waste to New York and begin an assault that threatens the total annihilation of humankind, Prophet is mankind’s single hope against the aliens.
