Mountain biking knee and elbow protection is something I should have been wearing on every ride, or at least when I ride with certain friends that like to do more technical trails. 😁 After my recent crash, I decided it was time to find elbow and knee pads that are comfortable to wear on every ride. Because you never think you'll go down, and you will fall and it usually hurts and I really don't need any more scars!
