In order to curse units & evolve Itadori into Sukuna, you need to farm cursed academy infinite mode for cursed womb keys, and then complete the cursed womb dungeon for a cursed finger. 5 cursed fingers will allow you to evolve Itadoki. Cursing units improves one stat and hurts a different one. In this video I explain what curses are the best for each type of unit.
