A quick running analysis could explain why! A running analysis will analyze your stride to determine exactly what is causing your pain.
At Revitalize PT, a trained doctor of physical therapy will sit down to learn more about your symptoms before performing any movements. Next they will run you through a series of ankle, knee, hip, and spine movements to determine if there are any limitations before taking you to the treadmill.
Now, it’s time to begin your running analysis on the treadmill. The doctor will have you run on the treadmill while recording you. They will analyze your running in real time, but the "true" analysis will happen after your appointment. After your running analysis, the physical therapist will give you some advice to help you run without pain. However, the doctor will then input your video into our software to rewatch the footage in slow motion to really analyze your movement patterns.
When they are done examining your running analysis, they will email you the results and findings to help you run - PAIN FREE!
They will most likely ask you to come back to have another running analysis done to see if there has been progress and if they can give you more running advice.
