This is a few days later after the repair BMW dealer I've done the upmost with all the directions from BMW to repair this bike. It clearly has failed. This was the outcome. I do believe that big Dealer has done everything they can and they're at the hands of bmw customer services so this is no reflection on the Dealer whatsoever Dealer is in Madenhead and they are absolutely fantastic if anybody is in the south of England and is having faults with the bike please contact them Bahnstormer BMW Motorrad Maidenhead

Watch the video draw your own conclusions my opinion is this suspension system has not been developed and we are the guinea pigs
