It's the beginning of the year, and at the beginning of the Reformer, we start with Footwork. While on the Mat we start with the Hundred we can add in Footwork. And, on the Cadillac and Wunda chair, there is Footwork. So, let's start the year foot first!
On the Mat, we'll want to have a Thera-Band nearby so we can have some yummy resistance. On the other equipment, we'll kick off the workout with Footwork and see how it pops up in other exercises. But also how we can use Footwork to let us know what we need to connect to throughout our workout. And at the end, if we did!
