Two Prague Police (Czech state Police/ Policie ČR) traffic/ MVA (motor vehicle accident) vans as well as an unmarked Czech state Police BMW 7series from the governmental/ diplomatic escort division responding. The Czech regulation about red & blue emergency lights is still a bit confusing for me since apparently there are some exceptions. My perception is that all vehicles with red and blue warning lights must have 50% of the lights in blue and the other 50% in red which is clearly not the case on the BMW.
