Orca Design presenta la visualización en primera persona de un nuevo proyecto de renovación: La Casa Reforma 3322, una increíble renovación de vivienda ubicada en Samanga, Tungurahua, Ecuador. Este proyecto resultado de una remodelación arquitectónica, que se adaptó a las necesidades específicas de los usuarios, mediante la transformación de una fábrica industrial en una lujosa edificación residencial.
La vivienda rescata en su totalidad la estructura base que existe y se adapta con materialidad vista, utilizando también gama de grises con el fin de crear contraste y profundidad, dando paso a una integración con el sitio gracias a las cubiertas en diferentes niveles y a través de una conexión de espacios interiores – exteriores.


Orca Design presents the short film and first person tour of a new renovation project: The Casa Reforma 3322, an amazing home renovation located in Samanga, Tungurahua, Ecuador. This project is the result of an architectural remodeling, which was adapted to the specific needs of the users, by transforming an industrial factory into a luxurious residential building.
The house fully recovers the existing base structure and adapts with visible materiality, also using a range of grays in order to create contrast and depth, giving way to an integration with the site thanks to the roofs on different levels and through a connection between interior and exterior spaces.
