We will talk about everyday problems regarding our hair such as hair fall, dandruff, hair thinning, dry scalp, premature greying, and their quick fixes.
1)Hair Fall
-Have an amla on a daily basis. As it reduces oxidative damage to hair follicles and promotes collagen production. It is also a rich source of iron, which is essential for oxygen delivery to hair follicles.
2)Dandruff
-Have curd with added black pepper once or twice a day. Curd is rich in probiotics which support gut health, and an imbalance in gut bacteria can lead to dandruff. Moreover, it can help moisturise the body’s internal moisture and help reduce inflammation. Black pepper stimulates blood circulation, helping nutrients reach the scalp more effectively. It can also fight internal infections caused by fungal or bacterial overgrowth that lead to dandruff.
3)Hair Thinning
-Include 1/2 to 1 cup of spinach a day. As it is an extremely rich source of iron, which is key to a better hair health. It also helps regulate the production of sebum and collagen. Thus, packed with Vitamin C, Folate, Iron, Magnesium and Vitamin A, it can definitely play a huge role for your hair.
4)Dry Scalp
-Have 5-7 walnuts a day. They provide moisture and hydrate the scalp, preventing it from being dry and flaky. Rich in Vitamin E, Omega-3, and zinc, they support scalp repair, improve blood circulation to the scalp and reduce scalp inflammation.
5)Hair Greying
-Consume 1-2 tbsp of black sesame seeds. They are rich in copper, which produces melanin, the pigment responsible for hair color. The antioxidants present help protect hair cells, maintaining the youthful color for much longer. They also support hormonal regulation due to their high mineral content which can help maintain the hair color for much longer.
