Over Three Thousand Certified Coffee Nursery bed operators in the Country are stuck with 150 million coffee seedlings worth 58 billion Uganda Shillings after the government failing to take them.
The Coffee Nursery Operators have been supplying coffee seedlings to farmers for the last five years after being certified by Uganda Coffee Development Authority.
