Mutton Pepper Fry :-
Pepper Masala Preparation:-
2 tsp Coriander seeds,
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Fennel seeds,
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
3 Red Dry chillies,
Roast and Grind Well..
Mutton Marinade Process:-
Mutton 500 grms,(Clean & Washed)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Chilly powder,
Prepared Pepper Masala,
Salt as Taste,,
Soak for 30 mins to 60 mins..
Mutton Fry Process:-
Soaked Mutton Pieces,
3 tbsp Gingelly oil,
200 grms Shallots,
1 Tomato Chopped,
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
2 Green Chilies,
Some Curry leaves,
Salt as Taste.
200 ml Water,
Cover & Cook for 30 mins on Low flame,
After 10 mins without cover & Cook..
For Garnishing,
Coriander Leaves...
Serve with Biryani, Meals, Parotta, Chappatti, Pulao...
