In our last video we tied a single egg fly on our Gamakatsu Octopus hook, this time we are going to imitate multiple eggs on the same hook. This is more or less representing a skein setup or real egg sack in artificial form.

Fly tying your own lures can be rewarding in many ways. Nothing beats making a fly on your own and then catching that trophy fish on it. Tying flies is an easy and relaxing activity to do. My tradition is to tie some the night before going out on a trip. Maybe I'll do some live streams this season to tie flies and answer some fishing related questions. What do you think?

In this series, I'll be covering many short topics to help improve your experience on the water this fall. Although this series is intended for Salmon, most of these techniques and practices may apply to other fishing types and seasons depending on the environment.
