I like to overwinter cilantro, both for freezing, and for eating fresh in early spring. It seems to last longer when grown that way, and the plants even seem to grow a little larger. When I have more than we can eat fresh, I like to freeze cilantro with either olive oil or water. In this video, I'm going to show how I freeze Cilantro and Olive Oil for later use.
If you have any tips to offer on freezing cilantro, please feel free to share.
