Shyamala Devi, she is "Jogini" alternatively known as Devadasis in India.Jogini can be considered as girls who never take up their family life and dedicate their entire lives in service of Lord Shiva.The Mother Goddess is honoured mostly by women during Bonalu by offerings of food and dancing.
